Refund policy
All product sales and gift card sales are final.
If you receive a product that is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong product, please contact us immediately at hello@skinwithrobin.com. In the email, please provide your original order number, picture(s) of the damaged or wrong item, and return your product to us within 14 days of purchase. Please allow 1-2 weeks from our receipt of the returned item for our office to receive and send you out a new product.
